The new bloom template is a dealer exclusive product. It offers a fun expansion to the ruler foot starter set. Here it is available as a single template addition. It is a spin e fex style template and allows you to have more freedom to play with your basic set, offering a spinning template to the the straight edge and curve of the 12" arc template.
