Spoon Block Pattern by Kate Quinn

12" Block design used in Kate's Spoon Block class featuring the Flower Power Set from Westalee Design.  This uses the Westalee Design Patchwork Tools.  To use traditional measurements would require converting the pattern.  Both the Westalee Locking Ruler Half Square Triangle and the Quarter Square Triangle are used to make this block along with the locking strip cutter ruler.  These are available seperately and as a set.  These tools are available by special request.
